Week 4 Class

This week, we have our group presentation and the final preparation for our individual project.

Our group presentation

Things have learned:

• The data collection process in research.

• Design thinking: It is a framework for focusing on "user experience" when solving challenges.

• ChatBot: It is an automatic computer programme to answer inquiries on the internet. It can handle simple communications with humans.
  

Eugenie gave us a free tool called Chatfuel to create a chatbot. It can be integrated into Wix.
